Catalans Dragons vs Leeds Rhinos: Kick-off time, TV channel and predicted line-ups

Leeds shocked everyone not just by defeating Wigan last week but the manner of the victory without so many key players was particularly noteworthy.

The Rhinos look like a different side under Rohan Smith and are certainly special to watch when they get going. But in France against a tough and physical Catalans side, they’ll need something extra special to win here.

A win is exactly what they need in the race for play-off rugby whilst the Dragons will be looking to capitalise on their win over Huddersfield to cement their place in third in the table.

Kick-off time and TV channel

The game kicks off at 18:00 UK time.

There is sadly no live TV coverage but BBC will show highlights on the Super League Show.

Predicted Line-ups

Catalans Dragons
A lot has been made of Leeds’ absentees, but Catalans have a fair few out at the moment too. Though Fouad Yaha is back to replace Matthieu Laguerre on the wing. Skipper Ben Garcia will be replaced at 13 by Mickael Goudemand after again nearly losing his ear last week against Huddersfield. Corentin Le Cam will come onto the bench subsequently. Leeds born hooker Michael McIlorum will replace Alrix Da Costa at nine.

Leeds Rhinos
The big news for Leeds is the return of Matt Prior from suspension and Aidan Sezer from injury. Sezer’s return will see him join Richie Myler in the halves keeping Zak Hardaker at fullback. Cameron Smith will return to loose forward enabling James Donaldson to resume his spot on the bench in place for Yusuf Aydin who has returned to Wakefield after a brief loan at Leeds. Matt Prior meanwhile will take Bodene Thompson’s position at prop with Thompson dropping to the bench and outgoing Muizz Mustapha missing out despite a try scoring appearance last week. David Fusitu’a is a doubt but seems set to play especially with Liam Tindall being allowed to join Bradford on loan.

Leeds so confident they’re starting with 12 – without Matt Prior!
