Meanwhile, Hull were on the receiving end of an even more surprising 19-18 defeat to Wakefield Trinity after being 18-6 up with 12 minutes left.

Injury news
Catalans are set to be without Gil Dudson and Benjamin Jullien but Samisoni Langi is back in. Carlos Tuimavave could come back for the Black and Whites as could Ligi Sao, but Jake Connor is out for three months. Scott Taylor is also suspended for Hull as Josh Bowden drops out. Mitieli Vulikijapani and Charlie Severs make the 21-man squad.
