Catalans dealt injury blow

Catalans Dragons have confirmed winger Lewis Tierney will miss the first four weeks of the season with a facial fracture.

Tierney picked up the injury during Catalans’ 22-10 friendly win over Toulouse on Saturday.

The Scottish international is now set to miss the Dragons’ games against Huddersfield Giants, Wakefield Trinity and Castleford Tigers.

He could return for the French side at Hull FC on 1st March.
