Castleford vs Catalans: Who makes the combined team?

Catalans have surprised many and find themselves top of the pile after round 10. They will be looking to add to Daryl Powell’s woes and ensure they keep their top spot.

For Castleford, a win would be huge for their confidence, as they look to re-establish themselves as a genuine threat to the Super League title.

Here is the best side that can be made from each side’s 21-man squad, with some notable exceptions due to the England vs All Stars game.

Catalans seem to have the overall edge across the pitch, particularly in the forwards. With them being a physical side, and missing Sam Tomkins, they will be looking to use this to their advantage and win the game up the middle. Castleford, however, are not without quality, and have enough to take the game to the flanks and make the game difficult for the league leaders.
