Castleford Tigers vs Catalans Dragons: 21-man squads, injury news, kick-off time & TV details

Castleford Tigers will take on Catalans Dragons at the Jungle on Friday night.

Castleford have been in poor form as of late with two losses in a row against Wakefield Trinity and St Helens which have allowed the chasing pack for the play-offs close in.

Catalans, meanwhile, scraped through against Wakefield Trinity last weekend after having 13 men out in what head coach Steve McNamara hailed as ‘one of the best wins in the history of Catalans’.

Injury news

Cheyse Blair will be out for Castleford after he took a head knock in the loss to St Helens last weekend. Liam Watts is also banned but Sosaia Feki made his long-awaited return to the Tigers line-up. Meanwhile, Catalans were cut to ribbons against Wakefield last weekend and will be hoping to have Sam Tomkins back. Mathieu Laguerre and Dylan Napa are back for the Dragons but there is no room for the suspended Tiaki Chan whilst Fouad Yaha drops out of the squad.

The game will kick off at 8pm on Friday night at the Jungle.

TV details

The game will not be broadcast on ant TV channel. Highlights will be found on the Super League Show as well as Super League’s YouTube channel.
