Castleford Tigers star addresses his future

Adam Milner has been a Castleford first-teamer since 2010 with almost 300 appearances under his belt.

That has included two Challenge Cup Finals and a Super League Grand Final as well as a League Leaders’ Shield win in 2017, with the Tigers wanting to return to that kind of form under new head coach Lee Radford.

And, Milner himself is wanting to continue that great relationship in the future.

“I’d happily retire at Cas. I think both myself and the club have shown great loyalty to each other over the years,” Milner said.

“It’s all I have ever known in my professional rugby career and I’ve loved it.

“The players have always been top class and I’m a local lad that has got to know the community and build good relationships with lots of people whether it be fans and sponsors.”

That being said, the 29-year-old loose-forward will be putting his family first in any potential deal.

“However I have a young family now and fully understand that rugby is a short career.

“So wherever best provides for myself and my family in the future.”
