Castleford Tigers announce impressive stadium crowd news ahead of Salford Red Devils clash

Not only is optimism high amongst the Castleford Tigers supporters, but so are ticket sales ahead of their clash with Salford Red Devils tomorrow night.

With the club currently teetering on the 9,500 mark – including over 3,500 season memberships – the Tigers were given the green light by government regulations to increase the capacity to 10,500.

That means Castleford could have a full house inside the Jungle for what is expected to be an exciting game and season for the club under new head coach Lee Radford.

The club Twitter account posted: “Great news, following the change of restrictions and the reduced red zone spaces in the ground, we have now increased our capacity for Round 1 to 10,500. We expect to reach 9,500 fans coming to the game around lunchtime! It’s going to be a great night!”
