Wakefield Trinity face off against rivals Castleford Tigers in the first game of the second day of Super League Magic Weekend, with the team news now confirmed by both clubs.
It’s a repeat of last year’s fixture at Magic, which Wakefield won with ease. The highlight of that game was Caius Faatili’s breakaway try, something that the prop spoke to Serious About Rugby League about earlier in the week.
Faatili will play today with Daryl Powell making changes after last week’s narrow win over Huddersfield Giants, whereas Ryan Carr makes major changes after last week’s shock loss to York Knights.

Daryl Powell makes three changes as Max Jowitt drops out and Josh Rourke reverts to full-back, with Lachlan Walmsley making his return on the wing.
Will Tate also starts in the centres over last week’s makeshift Jay Pitts but there is a change in the forward pack as Matty Storton starts ahead of Seth Nikotemo, whilst Caius Faatili replaces Tray Lolesio on the bench.

Ryan Carr makes three changes but just one to his starting XIII as Darnell McIntosh replaces Louis Senior in the centres.
Jordan Lane and Cain Robb both drop off the bench and they’re replaced by the returning Liam Hood and Brock Greacen, with Hood back after a long period out following a neck injury.
