Castleford provide update for cancelled fixture

Castleford Tigers have provided an update for supporters who purchased tickets for the Round 12 match against St Helens which has been cancelled.

Supporters who purchased tickets will be able to use their ticket(s) for entry to the Tigers’ next home match against Salford Red Devils on Sunday, 11th July or they can get a refund by following the details listed below.

For fans who purchased a double e-ticket for entry to both the Catalans Dragons & St Helens matches, their ticket will also grant entry for the match against Salford. However, should you wish to request a partial refund you can do.

2021 Castleford Tigers Season Ticket holders are reminded that the cost of matches where supporters could not be in attendance during the 2021 season would be discounted from their Season Ticket next year, or they can request a pro-rata refund following the close of the campaign.

How to get your refund

Fans with e-tickets to the fixture who would like a refund are asked to please contact our Ticket Office phoneline on 01977 529 264 between 10am-2pm and their staff will process your refund. Supporters who are unable to call during those hours are asked to please email ticketing@castigers.com.

The deadline to request refunds from the cancelled Castleford Tigers versus St Helens fixture is Thursday, 8th July 2021 at 5pm.

The club has said that this gives them enough time to finalise the number of tickets that can be made available for the Salford Red Devils fixture on Sunday, 11th July.
