Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs five key fixtures in 2020

After finishing 12th two seasons in a row, the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs will be looking to push for the top eight in 2020, and here are five fixtures where they’ll need to be on the ball.

Round 1 (Thursday 12th March) @Eels

You can’t not have the very first game of the 2020 NRL season as a key fixture, not to mention the fact that the Eels and Bulldogs have been fierce rivals since the 80’s, expect a big crowd at this one.

Round 5 (Friday 10th April) @Rabbitohs

The Good Friday clash between the Rabbitohs and Bulldogs has created some memorable moments over the years, not to mention consistently drawing one of the biggest yearly crowds to ANZ Stadium every year.

Round 13 (Monday 8th June) V Dragons

We celebrate the Queen’s birthday with a clash between the Bulldogs and Dragons, expect this one to also draw a relatively big crowd and be a proving ground for the Bulldogs on a big stage.

Round 19 (Saturday 25th July) @Roosters

No better measuring stick for the Bulldogs then to face the back to back defending premiers away from home.

Round 23 (Sunday 23rd August) V Panthers (BankWest)

The Bulldogs V Panthers is one of the most underrated NRL matches, since they faced off in a tight preliminary final in 2014, the Bulldogs and Panthers always find themselves facing off in either a big match or in a tight contest.
