Can Wigan freeze out Leeds and get off -2 ?

Friday night rugby comes from Wigan where Leeds are the visitors .

Whilst these 2 have won the last 4 Grand Finals between them , and 8 of the 9 this decade , they both lost comfortably last week in performances that hinted at a tough start to the season .
Whilst there’s no doubt Wigan looked the better of these 2 sides last week I think the bookies have overreacted giving the Rhinos a 10 point start on the handicap . For all Leeds looked terrible at Warrington , Wigan were well beaten at St Helens and whilst home advantage could just see the champions home it may be a bit closer than that . Leeds should improve as their new signings settle but that could be a couple of weeks away and Wigan may just nick this by 6-10 points . 1/5 though is far too short for a side that may have one eye on the Sydney Roosters , who they play a week on Sunday . Leeds are around 11/4 for an away win which will only tempt a few given their showing at the HJ . The Warriors on the Half Time Full Time are around 4/6 .

Hardaker , making his home debut against his old club , would be my 1st try pick at 14/1 . Handley looks big at 20/1 in places .

Finally the man of the match , it will be hard for the Sky team to avoid Hardaker , he got it 2 years ago for Cas against Leeds and he has to be the pick at 7/1 over 8/1 Williams .
As for the visitors Stevie Ward was one of only a few Rhinos to come out with any credit last week and he’d be my pick for Leeds at 20/1 over 18/1 Matt Parcell .
