Bradford Bulls have released their squad numbers for the upcoming 2025 Championship campaign. Brian Noble’s side have caught the eye with some of their off-season recruitment and as it stands they must be considered one of the favourites for success in the second tier.
Waqa Blake is arguably the most high profile addition made, with the Fiji international joining after being released by St Helens. He wears the number three shirt, while Guy Armitage, who joins from Championship rivals Toulouse Olympique has been given number five to reflect his status at Odsal.
James Donaldson takes the number 13 after his move from Leeds Rhinos, while Matty Gee has 12. Ronan Michael will don the number 20, Emmanuel Waine takes on 21 and Mason Corbett wears 32.
James Meadows and Joe Keyes appear to make up the club’s first choice half-back partnership after making the switch to Bradford with the pair being handed six and seven respectively. That’s a decision that sees Jordan Lilley take up the number nine shirt, suggesting he could be set for a role as a hooker in 2025.
Interestingly the Bulls have left the number two shirt vacant at the time being with last season’s occupant Ben Blackmore leaving the club last May to join Keighley Cougars being his retirement at the end of the season.
