Brad Dwyer gets yellow card for challenge on Kenny Edwards

It was bad enough for Leeds Rhinos as it was, with the West Yorkshire club being 16-0 down to Castleford Tigers.

However, Brad Dwyer was sent to the sinbin for a trip on Kenny Edwards as he ran back on an angle.

Things then went from bad to worse for Leeds as Castleford ran in another try from Jordan Turner.

In his absence, George Lawler exploited the lack of numbers in the Leeds defence for Cas’ fifth try taking their lead out to 28-0 at the break.

The yellow means that Leeds have only played one game this season where they’ve kept all 13 players on the pitch for the entirety of the game.

A problem for Leeds, but with boos ringing out at halftime at Headingley, perhaps there are bigger things on Leeds’ agenda.

Right now Jamie Jones-Buchanan’s focus will be on getting his men performing in the second half with the game virtually gone.
