Both Hull FC and Leigh Leopards welcome back star men

Tony Smith has been able to bring back some big hitters today as his Hull FC go in search of their first win since their opening two round triumphs over Castleford Tigers and Leeds Rhinos.

Speaking of the Rhinos, their former star Liam Sutcliffe is one of those back in the mix as he returns to the centres after a recent injury.

Captain Carlos Tuimavave is also back for his first appearance of the season meaning the Black and Whites are rolling with two different centres but the impressive performances of Cam Scott in the role see him on the bench.

Darnell McIntosh, who played in the reserves last week, is again left out with young Davy Litten on the wing.

McIntosh isn’t the only big name in the 21-man squad left out with Danny Houghton also absent.

Kane Evans is again left out after featuring in the reserves last week against Bradford Bulls as the Black and Whites won 62-16.

Leigh also welcome back a star man in Oliver Holmes who starts on the bench.

Ben Reynolds returns to the halves after his ban with Joe Mellor dropping out.

Zak Hardaker persists at centre with Gareth O’Brien at fullback.

Edwin Ipape starts at nine.
