Batley v Featherstone: Squads Announced

Round One of the Betfred Championship continues on Sunday as Batley Bulldogs welcome Featherstone Rovers to the Fox’s Biscuits Stadium.

Head Coach Craig Lingard could hand debuts to Shaun Lunt, Jack Blagborough, Shaun Pick, Dale Morton, Lucas Walshaw, Luke Hooley, Ben White and Anthony Bowman.

However, they are currently without winger Johnny Campbell for this one.

Featherstone Rovers

Rovers Head Coach James Webster could also hand out a number of debuts. Craig Hall, Ben Blackmore, Louis Jouffret, Dean Parata, Brett Ferres, Jake Sweeting, Dale Ferguson and Alec Susino are all in line to make their debuts.

They also have three players included from Leeds Rhinos, as-per their agreement with Leeds Rhinos. Luke Briscoe, Callum McLelland and Jarrod O’Connor are set to play.

New boy Thomas Minns will have to wait to make his debut, as he continues his recovery from a broken foot. Brad Day is also not included.
