Championship club Batley Bulldogs have offered Super League legend Danny McGuire a massive deal which could see him ply his trade at the Fox’s Biscuits Stadium next season.
Bulldogs coach Matt Diskin has offered the half-back a deal he will find hard to reject.
On Twitter, as the news of McGuire’s Leeds departure broke, Diskin jumped at the chance to bring his former teammate to Batley.
The offer consists of a pork pie and four pints of beer per appearance, on a two-year deal.
