Barrow sign Challenge Cup winner

Barrow have secured another major coup for 2021 with the signing of ex-Warrington forward Ben Harrison.

The 32-year-old has been out of the game since 2016, with his last appearance coming during a loan spell with Wakefield.

Prior to that, though, he was a prominent part of the Wolves’ forward pack, making over 200 appearances for the club during a 10-year stint, which included winning the Challenge Cup three times, in 2009, 2010 and 2012.

He is a dual-international, having represented Ireland at the 2008 Rugby League World Cup, before earning three caps for England and one for the England Knights.

He becomes the Raiders’ fourth new signing for next season, with their new recruits already including former Super League champion Shaun Lunt and Huddersfield prop Adam Walne.
