It’s a historic night in Coventry tonight as Scotland take on Australia – the holders of the World Cup.

It’s an exciting opportunity for Scotland to take on one of the world’s finest players and test themselves and produce a gutsy display after disappointment against Italy.

The game kicks off at 19:30 at Coventry Building Society Arena in Coventry.

Team News

Mal Meninga has named his team making a number of changes to his side introducing a number of NRL Grand Finalist who were rested last week. Nathan Cleary will make his Australia debut alongside plenty of his Penrith teammates including Isaah Yeo at 13, Cleary replaces Daly Cherry-Evans in the halves. Harry Grant gets a start at nine.

Scotland are without key player Ryan Brierley as Super League stars like Matty Russell, Kane Linnett and Liam Hood will lead the way. Championship Lachlan Walmsley will hope to shine on the wing.
