The All-Stars team for a ‘Rob Burrow All Stars Game’ has been revealed ahead of the game which will take place on Friday.
The game will be played at the home of Featherstone Rovers, who are one of the sides the great man played for at junior level.
The Rovers are also dedicating their game on Saturday against Doncaster in the RFL Championship to Rob Burrow, with a special shirt with orange detailing, over their classic navy with white stripes, being worn for the game.
At the clubhouse at Featherstone’s Mill Pond Stadium, where he played as a boy, now lies a mural and book of condolence for him.
His legacy there, as well as in so many places, lives on.
Now, the team for an all-stars game has been revealed.

The ‘Rugby League All Stars’ will take on Ackworth Jaguars on Friday 19th July at 7.30pm.
Entry is £5 for adults and £2 for juniors – will all the proceeds going towards MND charities and causes.
The Rugby League All Stars team includes Waine Pryce, who played 140 times for Castleford Tigers, scoring 80 tries, before spells with the likes of Wakefield Trinity and Featherstone.

Also included are: Leeds Rhinos and Sheffield Eagles icon Keith Senior, who played 365 times for the Rhinos and was a teammate of Burrow for a decade; Danny Brough, who played for numerous Super League sides before nine seasons with Huddersfield Giants; Adrian Morley, the first English player to win both the NRL and Super League Grand Finals; Lee Gilmour, who played over 100 games for each of Wigan, Bradford and St Helens and Gareth Ellis, who was a teammate of Rob Burrow for four seasons at Leeds Rhinos and most recently played for Hull FC.
Captaining is Wayne Godwin, a hooker for sides including Castleford, Wigan Warriors, Hull FC and Bradford Bulls.
