Leigh Leopards head coach Adrian Lam has shared an injury update on some of his players after their excellent victory over St Helens.
Last time the sides played, Saints won, keeping the Leopards to just four points, but this time, Leigh scored nine tries in a devastating display.
Matt Moylan started things off after a Mark Percival sin-binning, and from there, the Leopards didn’t look back, eventually making it 46-4.
It’s the first time in Super League history that St Helens have lost five games in a row, and this means they’ll now be worried about making it the first time they’ve ever not made the playoffs since the concept was introduced.
However, it was a good night for Leigh, who are just three points behind Leeds Rhinos now and may see the playoffs as a slight possibility.

Gareth O’Brien left the field and failed an HIA, and Lam has revealed, via the post-match press conference: “I need to have a look at that from a different angle, because you can’t really see it from where I am.
“But Gaz is not really well at the moment and I think he is on his way to the hospital which is not good news but we want to make sure that we take every care and every precaution the next 24 hours and make sure we take it.
“There were a couple of other niggles I think which we’ll assess over the weekend so nothing too major I’m hoping.
Centre Zak Hardaker wasn’t selected for the game, meanwhile, and Lam said;, when asked if he was injured: “No, obviously a selection headache during the last two or three weeks. He’s played a lot of minutes and a lot of time this year so we made that decision to rest him this week and he missed out.
“But things may change every week on that, we’ll just see how he goes.”
