Recently the rugby league world was rocked by the news of Adam Walker’s death.
The former Hull KR and Salford Red Devils forward Walker passed away at the much too young age of 31.
The 2019 Grand Finalist’s sudden passing devastated many people within rugby league with all of his former clubs and his former opponents coming together to create tributes for Walker.
However, it was those closest to him who were naturally hit the hardest.
His former teammates put together tributes of their own with former Man of Steel Jackson Hastings one of the first.
Nonetheless, to think about what his family are going through at this moment in time doesn’t bare thinking about and for his broth Johnathon Walker who had a rugby league career of his own.
A Scotland international, he played for Leigh, Bradford, Castleford and Hull KR among others.
Right now he is in Australia rocked by the news of the death of his twin brother. Naturally, he wants to return to England to say his final goodbyes so a Gofundme page has been put together to raise the money which has been shared by his former club Bradford Bulls.
Former player Johnny Walker is in Australia and in need to return home and be with his family, to say his final goodbye to his brother Adam after his passing.
The Family would really appreciate your help at this difficult time.

The Gofundme page reads: “Unfortunately a couple of weeks ago we received the devastating news of Adams passing at only 31 years old.
“Here in Australia is twin brother Johnny, who’s beside himself & struggling to understand why……..
“We are hoping to raise money to send Johnny back to the UK so he can say his final goodbyes to Adam.
It will be one of the hardest trips Johnny has to do, but his brother meant so much to him that we need help to get him back in time.
“Thank you, let’s get Johnny back.”
