Adam Milner talks about his future

Adam Milner is Castleford through and through.

After coming through the scholarship and academy at the Jungle, Milner made his debut in 2010 and has since gone on to register almost 300 appearances. And, that number could well rise over the years with the loose-forward recently enjoying his testimonial.

Milner said on Sky Sports prior to Castleford’s fixture against Wakefield: “I’ve loved every minute at Cas so if it’s another ten years here or elsewhere then who knows?”

In what will be Daryl Powell’s last season, Milner and the rest of his teammates are determined to win something.

“We’ve been speaking about doing something special for quite a while here at Cas and there are a lot of people that are leaving and no bigger than the head coach.

“To win some silverware to send them off with would be pretty special.

“It’s a proud moment to get my testimonial, it’s been a good year for myself and if I can top that off with a Challenge Cup win and possibly doing better things in the league then it will be even better.”
