Queensway Stadium is located in Wrexham, North Wales, and is the currently used by Kingstone Press League 1 side North Wales Crusaders Rugby League Club. The venue has also been used as a training venue for the Wales Rugby League and USA Rugby League teams for the 2013 World Cup.
Renowned for its superb track and field facilities, Queensway Stadium has attracted some of the worlds top international athletes, including Wales’ own Colin Jackson and world champion Paula Radcliffe. During the summer of 2012, Queensway Stadium was the official training camp for the Lesotho national squad.
As well as being a major regional venue for athletics, Queensway is a busy community facility offering a range of leisure activities and events throughout the year.
North Wales Crusaders have played at Wrexham Football Club’s Racecourse Ground since their move to Wrexham in 2010 but will now use Queensway Stadium as their home venue for the 2017 Kingstone Press League 1 season.
