Unlucky 7 to leave Warrington

Super League side Warrington Wolves have announced that 7 players will leave the club at the end of the season .

The list is headed by half back Tyrone Roberts who is returning to Gold coast Titans in the NRL in a deal that was announced earlier in the season . Roberts signed a 3 year deal but the contract contained a clause allowing him to leave after one year if he failed to settle in the North West .

Other names leaving the Helliwell Jones in October are Ben Pomeroy , George King , Mitch Brown ,Bodene Thompson , Dom Crosby and Taylor Prell .

The club have thanked all the players for their contributions to the clubs cause and wished them well for the future .

Thompson and Pomeroy were on short term deals that the club have chosen not to extend and King looks set to join Wakefield .

Brown , who signed from Leigh when they were relegated last year , suffered a serious injury at Castleford last month and he is being released along with ex Wigan prop Crosby .
