Singleton handed six-game ban

Brad Singleton has been banned for six matches and fined £300 for striking with the elbow during Leeds win against Catalans Dragons.

The Rhinos forward pleaded guilty to the Grade E charge and will be unavailable for selection until the match against Huddersfield Giants on April 27.

Elsewhere, Hull FC youngster Jansin Turgut pleaded guilty to a Grade C striking with the elbow offence and has been suspended for two matches.

Leigh Centurions forward Gareth Hock avoided a ban but was fined £300 for punching in the match against Huddersfield on Friday.
