Hull star drafted into England squad

Hull FC prop Scott Taylor has been drafted into the England squad for the test against New Zealand in Denver next weekend.

Taylor replaces South Sydney’s George Burgess after the Dewsbury-born forward was injured in yesterday’s match against Parramatta Eels.

Taylor has been brilliant for the Black and Whites this season – playing 16 times and scoring five tries for Lee Radford’s side.

The former Wigan Warrior joins a strong pack selected by England coach Wayne Bennett, including the likes of Chris Hill, Tom Burgess, Sam Burgess, Elliot Whitehead and debutant Luke Thompson.
