Hull Kingston Rovers have been linked with a move for former Warrington Wolves playmaker Chris Sandow.
However, the original report from a British rugby league website – published yesterday – was followed up by a local Hull organisation, who found that the Robins aren’t chasing Sandow’s signature.
The 29-year-old openly admitted in an interview there were discussions between himself and Tim Sheens but the KR boss didn’t want to “see it through”.
Sandow continued on the subject of his future: “There is a lot of interest at the minute but I can’t say too much as we will have to see how it goes,”
“But if I could have it my way I would love to go back to Warrington, it’s a great club with great fans and I would love to repay them for everything they did for me.”
One thing is for sure, just like his play on the field, nobody can predict what Sandow is going to do next.
