Centurions 6/1 to shock the Rhinos

Leigh visit Leeds as both these sides  play their 3rd game in 8 days due to the crazy decision to have a full program of games on bank holiday Monday. Surprisingly the stand alone Friday night fixture isn’t on Sky tonight so you’ll have to tune into local radio for live commentary.

Both sides are coming off the back of defeats 4 days ago Leeds away at basement club Widnes and Leigh at home to Castleford, the Centurions did though win their 1st game in 9 at Hull 7 days ago.

The Rhinos welcome back Mcguire, Ablett and Galloway whilst Ward is banned, Hansen comes back in for the Centurions with Crooks suspended.

Super League sponsors Betfred make Leeds 18 point favourites on the handicap for this one as they look to carry on their solid home form, they have only lost once at home all season and defeated Warrington by 40 points last Friday.
In the middle of a tough schedule for all teams though 18 points is alot to concede and I can see Leigh staying inside that.
It’s around 6/1 for a shock away win but  for all Leigh had a good win in Hull last week that was their 1st ever away success in the Super League era and I can’t see them following that up here.
The Rhinos are unbackable at around 1/10 for a win  and whilst it should be comfortable enough  I think Leigh can restrict them to around a winning margin of about  11-15 points. There’s some massive games coming up and all clubs will be looking to keep some energy in the tank.
5/2 for Leeds to win by 1-12 points is another alternative.

Hall heads 1st try lists at around 8/1,  with Briscoe at 9/1.  For the Centurions Dawson looks good value at 14/1.
Sam Hopkins knows the way to the whitewash and scored 14 tries last year, he’s always run for your money value at 9/1 to score a try anytime, Ablett looks the value for the Rhinos at 9/4.
